Using the Tables• Pre-computed designs already ensure:

– Froude number less than 0.5

– Adequate measurement accuracy at Qmin

– Adequate measurement accuracy at Qmax

• User must check:– Freeboard at Qmax

– Submergence at Qmax

– Submergence at Qmin

– Lengths of flume components
