Recommendationforinstallation
Inorderpumpsforcommercialvehiclesfunctionedproperlyitisnecessarytofulfilltherequirementsofthepresentsection.
Thepumpscanbemountedinanyposition.
Theinternalcavityofthepumpshouldalwaysbefilledwithworkingfluid.Itisrecommendedtoconnectthesuctionlineasshownontheschemes.
Positionofthepumpbelowthehydraulictanklevel
Duringthefirststart-upofthepumpitisnecessary:-tofilltheworkingcavityofthepumpwithworkingfluid.ForthatbleedtheairthroughportRattheupperpoint;-tofillthesuctionlinewithworkingfluid;-tofulfillthefirststart-upattheminimalrotationspeedinorderthehydraulicsystemfilledwithhydraulicfluidcompletely.
Positionofthepumpabovethehydraulictanklevel
Duringthefirststart-upofthepumpitisnecessary:-tofilltheworkingcavityofthepumpwithworkingfluid.ForthatbleedtheairthroughportRattheupperpoint;-tofillthesuctionlinewithworkingfluid;-tofulfillthefirststart-upattheminimalrotationspeedinorderthehydraulicsystemfilledwithhydraulicfluidcompletely.
Tomountthepumpinotherpositionspleasecontactthemanufacturer.
