For all programs Be a Belgian citizen
For Henri Benedictus Fund fellowship you should be affiliated as a researcher at least for two years with a Belgian university if not a Belgian citizen
Have a Belgian University degree (second cycle) Have an outstanding academic record Have a good command in English (TOEFL iBT 100/120 or IELTS)
Application limits No more than 4 years after Masters degree for graduate study
