Funding and Contract

AOC requires 100% of funds to be available for any project.

Capital campaign exceptionUnfortunately, getting a loan whose payments are less than energy $ savings is not allowed.

Exception: Getting a lease instead of a loanOther Creative methods (i.e. PACE, Duke program) on a case by case basis
