ExperientialAnatomy:MovingfromtheBodySystems

This is a series of improvisational exercises that teaches basic anatomical principles and accessesdifferentqualitiesofmovementbythinkingabouttheirspecificbodysystems.SkeletonHave students point to or name any bones that they might know and then begin to add to theircomments.Dependingontheleveloftheclassandresourcesavailableyoumayshowapictureoftheskeleton.
