Who is the Data Pilot aimed at?

Pan-European or multi-national research communities and research infrastructures

seeking robust & trustworthy solutions to research data challenges;intending to work with and support global research data standardization of initiatives;Interested in testing, implementing, integrated or developing existing EUDAT services & identifying new ones

What is the scope of the Data Pilot Call?

Focusing on the core EUDAT services and with a view to collaborative development of future services, EUDAT seeks applications for data pilots in:

Data synchronisations and exchangeData repository and data sharingData replication and preservationData staging for analysis and processingData discovery and searchData typing and visualizationNew services or tools in the area of

What do Data Pilot teams receive?

Pilots can avail of EUDAT data storage from the start of the pilot, free of charge, and up to 5PB in total at one, or several, of the 13 EUDAT sites. EUDAT will match all data pilot effort with a corresponding amount (1 PM Pilot Team = 1 PM EUDAT). Applications that include uptake / use of Research Data Alliance (RDA) outputs will be favourably viewed.
