EP Experience Manager
This team would have 3 managersfrom the 3 regions in AIESEC Nigeria.They areWest: Lagos, Ife, Ibadan, Ilorin andAbeokuta.South-East: Benin, Enugu, Port-Harcourt and Calabar.North: Benue, Jos, Kano, Abuja andZaria.
You would be responsible formanaging the EPs from the region thatyou apply for. Also, when expansionsoccurs in your region, you would beworking with the expansion manageron delivering a quality XP to the EPs.

You should love travelling asthis role demands that you travel tovarious tertiary institutions to sellOGX.You would participate with the MCVPon any external events and off peakraising campaign. You would alsoresponsible for raising partnershipswith youth organizations, NGOs,companies, schools. Etc. Living inLagos or close would be an addedadvantage.

The team is responsible for marketresearch and segmentation as well asproduct development for clients. Theywould also be responsible for bookletand proposal preparation, schedulingand attending sales meeting andfollowing the deals through beforehanding over to the Experience,tracking and delivery team. Lastly, theteam is responsible for IPS for EPsupon arrival.
Applicants must be fresh graduatesor serving within Lagos and Abujamost preferably or at least has plansto relocate and live within theseregions during the term.
Should have had previous EBexperience. In cases of otherwise, abuoyant sales experience orbackground would suffice.
Experience, Tracking & Delivery
The TN managers in the team areresponsible for raising, matching andrealizing EPs for TN takers within thestipulated time frame. They would be incharge of promoting opportunities with theuse of search tools, social media andposters created by them but approved bythe MC. The experience manager would beresponsible for activities such as internpick-ups, taking quarterly feedbacks fromboth EP and TN, intern welfare, welcomeand send-forth packages.
TN manager roles are open to anyone(except current LCEBs) with decentEXPA knowledge, social media skills andgraphic designing. Both locals andinternationals can apply.
Experience manger role is open toanyone. Lagos or Abuja based residentswould be preferable.
Government Relations
This individual would be solelyresponsible with governmentinteractions and partnerships for iGIPpurposes. Primary goals would includegetting partnerships andendorsements with the Ministries ofInternal and External Affairs as well asthe Nigerian immigration service;amongst many others. He or shewould also be responsible for Visasupport services to the EPs incollaboration with the experienceteam.
Role is open to all – Applicantsresiding in Abuja would bepreferred.
Education & Support
This individual is responsible for educationmembers on sales and EXPA as well asgiving them all the support they need todeliver on their monthly quotas. He or Shein collaboration with the MCVP would beresponsible to track their monthly quotas aswell as improve on lagging LCs. Lastly, he orshe would recommend strategies toimprove in LC delivery and inclusion as wellas suggest methods of reward andrecognition.

Finance Manager
The finance manager manages the books of the MC under the
supervision of the MCVP, manage LC debts as well carry out
administrative and legal duties as required. He or she is
responsible for the filling and recording system and taking
minutes as well as presenting reports for non-executive
meetings. Lastly, he or she will be responsible for procurements
as directed by the MCVP.
Applicants must have prior experience or a background in
accounting, finance, banking or business administration.

NLTMU
The NLTMU is a team that supports AIESEC Nigeria indriving the National Talent Management Subsystem withfocus on the entire experience from new member, toexchange participant and on to alumnus.
The NLTMU is a virtual team which consists of peoplefrom all over the National network. The role of thisteam is to support the MCVPTM & OD and AIESECNationally to achieve our goals in Talent management.
The NLTMU is successful if National TM strategies areput into action on local level. Therefore the team has toensure that they support the network with easy-to-usetools and help the LCs deliver more in TM by makinguse of the resources available to them.
It involves the support in the management of theprocesses that are used in the organization to enhancecompetencies development, motivation, and leadershipof members as well as to manage our human capital.
Note! When referring to the Talent Management Subsystem,we are referring to both the: Talent Management Processes(talent planning, marketing, selection, induction, educationand training, goal setting and orientation, allocation,performance appraisal– rewards and recognition, coaching,talent tracking and pipeline management, transition) TalentDevelopment area – leadership development programs,building partnerships for member development, quality of thelearning environment etc.
