additional skills for delivering various WS
were needed.
• Leadership Summer School (LSS) was
recommended course for future leader of
EPSA.

Future aspects
• Provide traning at every European country
• Agree with EPSA members on official position
regarding soft skills implementation

Take home message
The huge amount of scientific skills faculty
teaches us make us pharmacists, but the
soft-skills are the ones that make us the
best professionals we can possibly be!
