Provide Admin with an Updated Primary Vendor Supply List with contact information: Who? Number? Email?
Create a Start Up List for Supplies and Equipment : What would be needed in a certain time frame? 1 Day, 5 days, two weeks, one month?
Maintain good inventory of equipment and tools
Insure ALL staff in maintenance and custodial are adequately trained
