An Evaluation of the Use of a 24-Hour Recall as a Measure of Change in Nutrient Intake in Participants in the Expanded Food and Nutrition
Education Program
Audience: Paraprofessional nutrition educators
Goals:• Explore the use of the 24-hour recall to measure change in participants’ dietary intake after completing EFNEP.
• Compare 24-hour recall collected by paraprofessional nutrition educators to recalls taken by registered dietitians.
• Is the 24-hour recall a good way to measure the change in intake after clients have completed EFNEP?
