Once you are done coding, scroll to the bottom of the list and click Submit.
*Note- you need to click Submit even if all students are present to notify your Data Manager that your attendance is complete.

Back at the Start Page you will notice a green dot next to the class name indicating attendance has been submitted to the Data Manager.

If a student enters class late and you are required to update attendance, simply click on the chair again.

If you would like to update attendance from past dates, click on the Attendance Grid icon next to a class.

Click on the seat-grid icon to create a seating chart for classes.

You will be asked if you want to have the layout made automatically. Whether you answer OK or Cancel, you can edit your seating layout. I will click OK.

If your school uses the Lunch Count tool to prepare the cafeteria of the number of meals to prepare, simply click the fork-pen icon.

Click on the arrow next to Gradebook to launch the gradebook application.
