Work is changing - where we work, when we work, how we work and who we work with -
creating new challenges and opportunities for HR professionals. Central to this changing
environment is the empowered and increasingly independent employee requiring that HR
evolve from its historical role of process developer and maintainer to an employee
experience architect that puts employees first. Achieving this requires a new methodology
and toolkit.
In this masterclass, the principles and tools of Design Thinking will be applied to the design
and management of employee experiences and the new organizational structures required
for our changing socio-economic environment. The masterclass will be an engaging balance
between theory and application, showing delegates how they can quickly apply Design
Thinking practices in their organization. Delegates will experience Design Thinking through
hands-on exercises during the workshop as well as receiving a booklet on the theory and
application of key Design Thinking tools.
