Become an integral part of the STEM (Science, Technology Engineering & Mathematics) education pathway in Central Victoria

• Building confidence in teaching STEM in primary teachers

• Work with Latrobe University to embed science communication skills in pre-service teachers

• Develop resources to support STEM within school aligned to Discovery activities

Create an inspiring visitor experience • Maintain a vibrant floor of exhibits to excite all visitors from pre-schoolers to grandparents

• Develop an online community and set of science resources

• Provide resources for visitors to continue science learning after a Discovery visit

Run the organisation effectively, efficiently and ethically

• Grow a diverse and inclusive membership base

• Implement our five-year strategic plan

• Create rolling three-year business plans to ensure long term financial sustainability
