Civil Liaison
• Assist commanders and soldiers on actions concerning legal due process, court actions, serving of legal documents
• Assist soldiers without funds to return to their units
• Gather information from civil authorities for off-post incidents involving soldiers
• Inform commanders of charges and disposition of courts
• Assist in the proceedings and escorting of soldiers in civil confinement
• Assist unit in reporting and return of AWOL and deserters
