Short Biography
I am consultant facilitator in the field of Profitable Resource Efficient Management, Cleaner
Production, Chemicals Management and energy efficiency where I was President and co-
founder of GEP MAROC association for four years. I am also trainer in Valorization of natural
resources and Sustainable Environmental Management ( Resource management, Good
housekeeping, Environment-oriented coast management, Environmental and Energy manage-
ment systems, Chemicals management, Industrial areas management, Sustainable Consump-
tion and Production, Eco-innovation and Green institutions, ...).
Educated in Morocco and France, I have a Bachelor in chemistry (1988), a Doctorat in analyti-
cal chemistry (1994), a PhD in Physico-chemistry (1998). I have published over 50 scientific
articles and co-supervised 10 Doctoral theses.
Since 2000, I focused on management tools related to the environment, particularly in the in-
dustrial environment. I have assisted over 100 companies during the last ten years. I am active
in promoting industrial environmental management tools and working conditions improvement
in developing countries especially in the Mediterranean region. I also promote eco-efficiency,
cleaner production; Sustainable consumption and production, Energy efficiency and corporate
social responsibility principles in the same regions.
I collaborated with several organizations in the framework of national and international pro-
grams (CMPP, EVAL, TAM-GIZ, GIZ-PGPE, RAC/SCP, IFC, SBA, MIO-ECSDE, WEC, SYKE,
....) and I am regularly involved in development of new concepts and conducts research works
in the field of sustainable development..
