Market the NA3HL Junior Predators to Nashville and the Surrounding area.
Plan and orchestrate promotional events within the community to boost the awareness of this
new team
Recruiting volunteer staff to work game day events
Work with local radio, television, and newspapers to promote the team to their listeners (penalty box radio, The Tennessean, 102.5 The Game, and many others)

Ensure team is following its budget
Scout potential players an NAHL showcase, and many other showcases across the USA
Plan and execute game day procedures

Key Responsibilities:
Manage on site hockey tournaments of 120 teams or more, in Ontario, Quebec and BC, including 10 plus staff reporting directly to myself

Prepare estimations on labor and ice time costs to present to the directing manager
Manage tournament budget and report quarterly to the board
Strategically schedule teams in the appropriate divisions (A,AA,AAA,Elite) to ensure parody
Constantly source new leagues and hockey associations to join our tournaments
Plan and market each one of our 30 tournaments a year.
Design and implement new marketing material such as: tournament specific t-shirts, trophies, rack cards, internet, radio, and print ads, all following a strict marketing budget
