Anthony Aisenberg BikeSpot: Exploring differences in the
perception and real risk of injury when
riding a bicycle in Melbourne
Anthony Aisenberg is the Director of
CrowdSpot, a company specialising in
map-based community engagement and
data collection services. He has worked
with a number of Australian Local
Councils including the City of Melbourne
for their Bike Plan and the City of Perth
for their Integrated Transport Strategy.
Anthony has previously led Australia's
Ride to Work Program to record
participation rates, has worked as a
Transport Planner with the City of Port
Phillip and also has a Masters or Urban
Planning from the University of
Melbourne.
Dr Astrid Lindner Stability tests of bicycles: a pilot study Dr Astrid Linder, is Research Director, Traffic
Safety Swedish National Road and Transport
Research Institute (VTI) in Gothenburg,
Sweden, where she leads the crash safety
and biomechanics research area. Astrid also
holds Adjunct Professorial positions at
Chalmers University of Technology and
Monash University Accident Research
Centre. She has extensive research
experience in the area of occupant
kinematics, injury prevention in vehicle
crashes, mathematical simulations and test
condition specifications. She has a Ph.D. in
Mechanical Engineering in the area of
vehicle safety and a M.Sc. in Engineering
Physics.
Phoebe Dunn Safe cycling in Australia: a national
perspective on change.
Phoebe Dunn is the Chief Executive
Officer of the Amy Gillett Foundation.
The Amy Gillett Foundation is the
national cycling safety organisation
with a mission to reduce the incidence
of serious injury and death of cyclists
in Australia. Prior to joining the AGF in
October 2015, Phoebe held leadership
and senior management roles with the
Commonwealth and Victorian
governments and was a senior lawyer
with leading international law firm
Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson).
