Municipal Grant Applications
• Complete applications must be submitted in a 2-inch 3 ring binder by noon on Friday November 14, 2008
• Urban County communities may apply in either or both tiers. No more than 2 applications
• ALL Eligible projects must meet a HUD National Objective
