Day Description After this session the student should know the following1 -Introduction to Instrumentation & Control course.

-Introduction to Process Plant.- To introduce the important of Instrument & control in industry.- All types of Instrument drawings and document.- Oil & Gas processing from upstream (Offshore to Onshore).- Introduction All type of control system (DCS, PLC, SCADA etc)- Introduction to all type of Field Instrument.

2 Oil & Gas safety induction course. - Discuss the Hazard and risk in Oil & Gas, topics involved (i.e. H2S, Working atHeight, PPE, Confined space, fire, Hydrocarbon, Loto etc).

3 Construction & Installation - Involves all type of construction activities, cable pulling/laying, Cable dressing,Glanding and termination, earthing, impulse line, cable tray etc.

4 Instrument Fitter - Continues from Day 3 activities but more focus in hook-up drawing for impulseline, fittings,

5 Theory 1 Review basic Industrial Technician

6 Theory 2 4 Basic process variables (i.e. Level, Flow, Temperature & Pressure).7 Calibration 1 Calibration for TT and verification check for TE (Theory 20% + Hands-on 80%)8 Calibration 2 Calibration for PT (Theory 20% + Hands-on 80%)9 Calibration 3 Calibration for DPT (Theory 20% + Hands-on 80%)

10 Calibration 5 Calibration for LT (Theory 20% + Hands-on 80%)11 Calibration 6 Calibration for CV (Theory 20% + Hands-on 80%)12 Pre-Commissioning Cold and Hot loop-check, leak test, insulation test,13 Commissioning & functional test - To test the complete functionality of the loop14 - Process tuning and simulating.15 -Troubleshooting. (Half day)

-Curriculum vitae (CV) tutorial (Half day)- Provide tip and ideas for troubleshooting.-Assist the student for making quality CV as per company requirement.
