JLL Expands Southwest Property Mgmt

Mike Ruppert has joined JLL as a senior managing director, southwestregion.
Based in Los Angeles, Ruppert will serve as the property management lead for the Southwest region,which includes Southern California, Phoenix, and Las Vegas.
Ruppert brings more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, having recently served inleadership positions with notable services and development firms, a public office REIT, and a privateownership firm. He specializes in executing management and leasing strategies for portfolios acrossall property types while coordinating best practices and managing client relationships.

CBRE Promotes Mr. Famous to Lead Retail Americas Team

CBRE Group, Inc. has promoted Brandon Famous to senior managingdirector and leader of the firm's retail occupier advisory and transaction services practice for theAmericas.
Based in Philadelphia, PA, Famous will handle the team's business operations, development,financial performance and recruitment across the U.S., Canada and Latin America. The retailpractice currently advises 1,000 retailers and encompasses more than 450 retail brokers.
The veteran executive brings more than three decades of experience in retail and commercial realestate. Famous joined CBRE as an executive vice president in 2013 with its acquisition of FamecoReal Estate LP, the former Philadelphia-based, retail-focused brokerage firm where he served aschief executive officer and co-founder.

La Dow Joins Colliers International

Andy La Dow joined Colliers International as the new regionalmanaging director in the firm's San Diego office.
In his new role, La Dow will oversee operations in Carlsbad and San Diego and approximately 100commercial real estate professionals.
La Dow was previously at DTZ, formerly Cassidy Turley, where he served as a senior managingdirector. His career spans more than 31 years of commercial real estate experience.

CBRE Promotes Diederich

CBRE promoted Paul Diederich to senior vice president of the firm's tenantrepresentation division.
Diederich joined CBRE's Chicago office in 2009 and specializes in representing tenants in theNorthwest, O'Hare, and North Suburban office submarkets. Since joining the firm, he has completedmore than three million square feet of transactions.
In 2014, Diederich was ranked within the Top 15 Tenant Rep Professionals in Chicago by completingmore than 40 transactions totaling 1.6 million square feet. Some of his past clients includeAmbitech, MultiPlan, Nestle, and Nielsen.

Messinger brings nearly 15 years of retail experience, most recently as a store developmentmanager with Starbucks. She began her career as a leasing associate for Terranova Corp, and heldpositions with Weingarten Realty and Equity One. An active member of ICSC, her expertise includeslifestyle centers, grocery-anchored centers, and high-street retail on both sides of the table.

In his new role, Norman will oversee day-to-day development of the company's East Market projectlocated in Center City.
Norman was most recently at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised major private and public-sector clients on real estate investments, transactions, and project execution. Before that he workedfor eight years at Millennium Partners, a New York-based developer of luxury urban mixed-useprojects. He holds a Master's of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania.
