Medium Term Planning Overview
Theme: Modrian Art Brief – Colour Chaos.
Timescale: 2 weeks
Diversity and Heritage Wellbeing Creative Opportunities Experiences Looking at when and where Piet Mondrian was born and adding this to a timeline. We will discuss his home country compared to our own.
Developing a sense of tranquillity through artistic activities. Children will develop fine motor skills and a sense of satisfaction for completing their artwork.
Children will develop ideas, master techniques and take inspiration from the greats.
Children will be using a range of tools and equipment. Children will explore what happens when they mix colours. Children will plan and develop ideas through an artistic process
