Alan’s Cookie Cake with a Dash of Cinnamon Recipe

Makes 1 big cake

1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, very soft

1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

1/3 cup white granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

½ teaspoon of cinnamon (or more, depending on preference)

Steps:1. Preheat the oven at 375˚F and grease the bottom and sides of an
