KNOWN ISSUES
179. Scrolling of lists If you scroll fast down the list, there could be a momentary delay, every 30 seconds or so.
180. DMX DJ
The song title and artist will be about 2.5 minutes out of sync.
181. Recorded event not showing immediately in scheduler Just after a recording has been set, there might be a conflict resolution happening in the background. This recorded event may not immediately reflect in the schedules, but only a few minutes later.
182. Back to back series record We are aware of this issue and we are working on a resolution. When setting back to back recordings on the
same channel, there might be a small part (1minute) of the beginning of a recording that seems missing. This is
because the beginning of a recording was included with the previous recording. Solve by: Find the start of
recordings at end of the previous recording.
183. After entering the HOME NETWORK screen I cannot exit this screen?
We are aware of this issue and we are working on a resolution.
Solve by: Navigate to SCAN ALL, wait for all 6 signal bars in the Signal Strength Meter to fill more than half full,
press OK to perform a scan and then exit the screen.
184. I see a pink screen after a software upgrade
Solve by: Change channels. Then put the TV into standby, and then take it out of standby.
185. The decoder is sluggish and does not respond timeously to RCU commands
Confirm that batteries are not flat. The RCU should have alkaline batteries and not rechargeable batteries.
186. I sort my Catch Up list in another order than A-Z. When I return to Catch Up it reverted back to A-Z sorting.
Why ?
We are aware of this issue and we are working on a resolution.
ESCALATIONS
To follow the Africa escalation procedure, however the decoder support team is available to assist.
