  • First and Second Person Subjective Qualitative Approaches to Achieving Whole Brain Synchrony for Peak Experience and Peak Performance Whole brain synchrony is a well-known and sought after state which has the capacity to beneficially shift consciousness to states of flow whereby right and left cerebral hemispheres and prefrontal and brain stem regions work in harmonious union, e.g. brainwave patterns are synchronous or in phase. The benefits of entering whole brain synchronous states are numerous including a sharpening of mental clarity, enhanced ability to problem solve, and resultant measurable subtle increases in creativity, intuition, and insight.
