NON VERBAL
• language, gestures, how we dress or act - even our scent.

• letters, e-mails, books, magazines, the Internet or via other media.
VIZUALIZATION
• graphs, charts, maps, logos and other visualizations can communicate messages.
It is important to communicate well. It can help you to understand what another person is saying. It also means that they can express their own needs and concerns

• Empathize with the audience and exhibit interest in the audience. This will stimulate a positive reaction from the audience.
