fications and est imates of cost for construction of curbs and gut ters in Curb and Gut ter Districts Nos. 142 to 151 inclusive, as approved by the Board of Public Works March 8, 1928, be and the same are hereby approved and the Board of Public Works is hereby ordered to advertise for bids for the construction of said curbs and gut ters .
Resolved, further, tha t the construction of said curbs and gut ters is hereby deemed and declared to be necessary public improvements .

D'Ooge under date of October 20, 1922, and recorded on page 308 in Liber 2 36 in the office of t he Register of Deeds for Wash tenaw County, Michigan, to The Public Schools of t he City of Ann Arbor, Michigan, on the one side, and Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Oxford Terrace, on the other side; and
