Preamble to Meeting:

JH noted that there were sufficient members present to form a quorum, under the rules of the constitution.

This meeting was convened specially to hear from New Charter regarding future management reorganisation. Thefloor was given over to SC.

 October 2015

Following the report by SC, the committee expressed its concern at the depth of the cuts in management at NC and,felt that it would be difficult for the association to continue to function if the participation and assistance of theNeighbourhood Coordinators and the Resident Involvement Officer were lost.
