Party receive the Vehicle & pay to the 1st Installment within 45 day’s

All TRO review the monthly target within 5th of each month. Contact over the phone/Physical to the party to pay the 1st installment within 45 days

Fist 15 day’s vehicle Reg: Purpose.

Within 30 day’s use the vehicle to his business.

TRO flow his target list & Contact over the phone/Physical to the party before 7 day’s due date of payment. Before of due date TRO Contact the party for monthly installments.

TRO receive Bank deposit slip & issue the ‘Money Receipt’ to Customer within 7 (seven) days from payment receipt also maintain both of ‘Collection Card’ (customer & TRO) receive each installment.

End of the day TRO must be send ‘Daily Collection Report/Bank deposit’ thought courier to EPGL assigned person daily basis.

Head of Recovery or assignee person receive the courier/ Bank deposit & pose to respected dept. or persona.

Customers will be deposit the installment amount in selected Bank & TRO must help to Customer for get the deposit slip in Bank.
