DEFINITIONS
Movement- the act, process, or result of moving.
Conservation of Energy- is a force from inside of the system.
Catapults- a weapon used in ancient times.
Elastic Potential Energy-energy of an elastic motion.
Kinetic Energy- the energy of a body or a system with respect to the motion of the body or of the particles in the system.

ASSEMBLY AND DEMONSTRATION OF A COME-BACK-CANTie a hex nut in the middle of a rubber bandPut a paper clip on both ends of the rubber
bandPut one end of the rubber with the paper
clip through the hole in the lid and the other end through the hole at the bottom of the jar
Put the lid on the jar Roll the can (jar) away from you on the floor
or on a long table and watch it return back to you, when you call it, after it stops rolling, (Just say “come back can”.
