The Coca-Cola Business Support Professionals Forum (CCBSP) was formed to address the concerns of administrative professionals. The first initiative of CCBSP was to establish a Company chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), an organization that focuses on the personal and professional development of administrative professionals. On April 18, 2002 TCCC Chapter of IAAP was chartered.

Over the years, the forum has successfully worked with Human Resources to create the Administrative Curriculum by piloting courses and providing ongoing recommendations to support changing needs. The forum has also held annual celebrations for administrative assistants during Administrative Professionals Week; partnered with the IT department to pilot software programs; coordinated and volunteered for various community events; and held Lunch & Learn training sessions and roundtable discussions.
