Incident Manager: Harris Technical Services Corp (HTSC), Chantilly VA 2004 - 2005
IT & Communications developer. Lead the ITIL based Incident Management Process in which the
objective is to restore technical service to the operational environment: including data center and
customer/end user as soon as possible. Stood up an international 365x24x7 IT Service Desk support team
staffed with over 100 FTE provided technical support for an international classified user base of over
18,000 utilizing COTs/GOTs hardware and applications stored within multiple NRO data centers.
