Radiation Module – Waste Pick up• Please follow the instructions to

arrange for radiation waste pick up from lab.

• No writing on forms required since that is done while logging usage and disposal records

• Waste form is available to print.

• It is absolutely required to do a contamination check on waste container and document it before you request for pick up.

• Click on “Waste Pickup”
