You Will Need
1/2 cup of old fashion rolled oats
1/2 a medium banana
1 teaspoon ofbaking powder
1/4 cup of cottage cheese
2 large egg whites or onewhole egg
1-2 tablespoonsof milk or milk

Directions
Place all ingredients in a blenderand blend until smooth. Heat a nonstick frying pan on a medium heat
and spray with a low caloriecooking spray.
Drop your mixture into the pan tocreate your desired size pancake,Cook until the pancake starts tobubble on top then flip and cook
the other side untill goldenbrown.
