Name the page. Add a slogan and

footer

Change the layout

Update body

content, including images

Finish

Adding / Editing Content When you click to edit a content

area, a window like this will pop up

The tools are similar to those in Word

Click “update” to save changes

Advanced: Embed HTML by clicking the brackets

+Adding / Removing a Picture

Upload an Image – Upload jpegs and gifs from your computer

Select from Your Image Gallery – Access previously-uploaded images

Select from netSmartClass Images – Access stock photos

Delete Current Image – Remove the image

Resize This Image – Resize jpegs, by percent only

+Finishing

Save Changes - Necessary for your changes to take affect

Preview – Preview your site; it opens in a new tab

Content Areas – Reorder content areas

Properties – Enable RSS, adjust navigation, and password protect your page

Continue – Return to the Web Site Manager

Cancel - Return to the Web Site Manager without saving changes

+Adding Pages

Open the Web Manager

Click on “Add More Pages”

Select a Page Type and Name

Click “Add to My Site”

Verify the new page was added (list at bottom of screen)

Click “Continue” to return to the Web Page Manager

+Editing Navigation

From the Page Manager, click on “Edit Page Navigation”

Click on the page you want to change

To rename it, enter a new name then click submit

Use the arrows to re-order

Click “Save Changes”

Note: to remove a page from navigation, go to “Properties” from the page editor
