The ideal candidate will beresponsible for representing himself/herself and the property in aprofessional manner with all residents, employees, and vendors,including both oral and written communication. The ability to interact with staff (atall levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes underpressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient,with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial tothis role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills,strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equallyimportant.
