Pull down window to select citation type: Reference Source
Keep the default
Click Next

Click Next

article if given
Fill in the first, middle, and last name of your editor. If you have more than one
editor click Add
You may truncate your URL to the domain level
You may stop the URL at the .com

Scan the form and correct any errors
