Snooze Scheduled Meeting Notifications
• Snooze allows you to dismiss the Scheduled Meeting Notification pop-up temporarily. Upon tapping the Snooze icon, the notification pop-up will reappear at meeting start time.
• Snooze works on a per app basis. For example, if you snooze on Windows, your Mac app notification will not be snoozed

• Desktop: Opens Microsoft Outlook and pre-populates the meeting invitee list using space members’ email addresses and invitation body using the space meeting link

You will receive a notification, but won’t see any of the message content.
To hide Cisco Spark message content in your iOS Notifications, go to the “Me” tab, select “Notifications,” then toggle off “Message Preview.”

On Windows 10 and Mac OS X10, select the ☺ to see an emoji picker!
Click an emoji and you’re all set. On Mac, you’ll need to double-click.

Transfer to Voicemail
Users can transfer a call directly to someone else's voicemail by pressing the transfer key then “*” then the extension then complete transfer. The incoming caller is routed directly to voicemail.

External Restrictions
Control telecom expenses by restricting external transfers and conferences.
Cisco Spark administrators can control how users perform call transfer and conference when external parties are involved. Settings can be at the user or organization level.

Call Pickup
Answer calls on behalf of colleagues with call pickup groups or BLF pickup by using speed dial buttons. Administrators configure pickup setting from Cisco Spark Control Hub.
Incoming calls are presented on the designated speed dial button with a flashing LED and an audible indicator. Anyone in the group can pickup a call for others in the group by pressing the speed dial button. If multiple calls are ringing, you’ll answer the call that’s been ringing the longest.
