Choose health, participate in Healthy Heart
When you participate in Healthy Heart, you can learn how personal choices for diet, exercise, tobacco and work-life balance may affect your health. Then you can set goals, work with your health coach, and use a variety of tools and resources to maintain or improve your health.
Benefits eligible U.S.-payroll employees can earn points toward health rewards.
You can participate in Healthy Heart even if you don’t wish to pursue health rewards.
Go to hr2.chevron.com/wellness for more details including eligibility rules and a list of qualifying activities.

Start by scheduling your preventive care
Get your recommended preventive care, then
record your visit and any health numbers in your
Healthy Heart account.
Accurately knowing your numbers and getting
your preventive care can help you protect your
health for today and in the future.
Getting your preventive care is one way you could
earn points toward health rewards.
Recommended preventive care will vary depending on personal factors like
your age and gender, but common preventive screenings and services typically
include wellness exams, dental cleanings, vision exams, immunizations like the
flu shot, or cancer screenings. And if you're enrolled in a Chevron medical plan,
you’re eligible for an annual physical exam that includes checking your health
numbers, such as your weight, blood pressure and cholesterol.

Next, take the voluntary HQ and do good for you and others
Once you get your numbers, complete the Healthy Heart program’s voluntary Health Questionnaire (HQ) and in minutes receive a personalized wellness score with a plan of action to maintain or improve your health.
For each of the first 2,500 HQ’s completed by March 31, 2020, Chevron will donate a health screening to a community-based organization that offers them.
Taking the HQ is one way to earn points toward health rewards.
The health questionnaire (HQ) is completely voluntary. Only you, WebMD, Chevron health care plans, and certain third party health care plan vendors will have access to your individual health questionnaire results.
