Chocolate Cake in a Mug

SERVES 1

Ingredients 2 tsp Cacao 1 tsp baking powder ¼ cup LSA 1 egg lightly beaten 2 tsp almond butter 2 tsp pure maple syrup Sprinkle of coconut for top (optional)

Instructions Add all ingredients into the mug and give it a good mix (1-2 minutes) until well combined. Flatten the top and place in microwave for 60 seconds.
