The Navigators are Learning their jobs Visiting classrooms Making connections at the college and in the
community Researching content for the employability
course and for the students success course Identifying professional development needs Assisting with other grant deliverables--CPL

employability skills Professional development assessment Plan for the next 18 months
Provide Educational Case Management Provide direct services to students,
including but not limited to academic and career planning, career exploration, referrals to academic support services, referrals to appropriate off campus resources, job development workshops, internships.
Help students be successful Develop—working with other college Navigators, the
Navigator Coordinator, the Instructional Designer, program faculty, industry employers, and the workforce partner— curriculum for a Employability MOOC
Develop and facilitate a Student Success Course Provide students with information about and access to
job development workshops including but not limited to resume writing, interviewing, job search tools and strategies, and internships
Identify college resources to support student success and retention
Refer students to off campus resources as appropriate
