Executive summary: Program milestones
The first critical program milestone “Pan-European Data Exchange Capability”, including the release of several ICT packages,
is achieved for 95% of TSOs. Hence, the legal milestone derived from CGMM (under CACM) Article 24 “All TSOS are connected
to the platform and are able to use the features” is almost reached.
The business requirement updates with changes due to Network Codes will impact the timeline.
Local Implementation ProjectsOverview
▪ Strong engagement between CGM Program and
CGM Manager Group
▪ CGM Manager Group are SPOCs nominated by
each TSO and RSC
▪ All TSOs and RSCs are providing structured status
updates on their Local Implementation Projects
(LIPs) to the CGM Program
▪ CGM Program released first report summarizing
the status of LIPs
▪ Next report release is planned for end of 2018
Milestone Achievements
• The first milestone of 1st August 2018 has been reached where more than
95% TSOs and RSCs has reached Pan European data exchange
capabilities
• Integrating multiple data communication channels (Internet, VPN, Leased
Lines etc)
• Proactive engagement and monitoring of TSO Local Implementation Projects
• Governance and Project Management frameworks in place to manage
complexity
• Alignment of detailed standards and processes across multiple TSOs and
RSCs
