Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distri-bution Course to Be Held in Broken Arrow
In cooperation with the APICS Tulsa Chapter, we
will be holding a CLTD exam prep class in Broken
Arrow from September 23rd through November
18th, excluding October 14th, from 9:00 AM to
5:00 PM. All classes will be held at R.L. Hudson
& Company, 2000 W. Tacoma St.
For those who are unfamiliar, CLTD is the latest
APICS certification which allows those in logistics
and distribution to advance in their careers, gain
recognition in their industry, demonstrate mastery
of knowledge in their field as well as make a di-
rect impact on their company’s bottom line.
The learning system consists of eight reading modules and interactive, web-based study tools that reflect the APICS CLTD
Exam Content Manual (ECM). This system provides a comprehensive body of knowledge and standards for those in the lo-
gistics, transportation, and distribution industries.
For more information or to sign up for this course, visit the APICS OKC chapter website here.
Reconfigured CPIM is Here We are offering the new APICS CPIM Exam Preparation Courses that will expand
your operations management knowledge and prepare you for the APICS CPIM ex-

We provide you with the new APICS CPIM Learning System which is a comprehen-

study tools to provide a customized experience. We also provide a booklet with a
copy of the slides presented (only available to instructor-led classes).

Our Newest CSCP We are very pleased to announce that Vaneet Bhu-
tani of Oklahoma State University completed all re-
quirements for award of the APICS Certified Supply
Chain Professional (CSCP) credential in August.
Vaneet worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at
OSU for the last two years. He recently moved to
Illinois, but before he left, his OSU family recognized
his accomplishment as shown in the picture. Kartik
Josyula (far left) and Swaraj Meher (far right) repre-
sented the APICS OSU Student Chapter as Dr.
Tieming Liu presented the certificate to Vaneet.
We wish Vaneet every success as he begins his
career in Illinois.
APICS OKC Speaks to Dr. Bridges’ UCO Class
Larry Chadwick (VP Infor-
mation) and Bronson Car-
mona (VP Professional De-
velopment) were invited to
speak about APICS to Dr.
Bridges’ class on August 30.
Larry and Bronson spoke
about APICS and the bene-
fits of membership that the
organization can provide,
from scholarships to net-
working.
The students asked great
questions throughout the
presentation, touching on
costs of classes and certifi-
cation tests, as well as
where to find the information
on the apics.org and apics-
okc.org websites.
After Larry and Bronson gave their presentation, Grace Neeley (President) gave a presentation on a project from her job as
Purchasing Manager for Maxcess.
Dr. Bridges has a full lineup of presenters and plant tours from various industries for the semester for this senior-level class.
Student Membership in the three student chapters (UCO, OSU, and OU) is free.
