As law firms, legal departments, legal organizations and bar associations shift their culture to meet the needs of the 21st Century and ensure a culture of inclusion in the bar and on the bench, there is much to be learned about a woman’s place in the legal profession and how to evolve within an ever changing world. The law is changing dramatically as it seeks to adapt to new conditions and the uses of new technologies in the legal community. Women attorneys are stepping into the forefront and renewing their commitment to the principles of law, becoming knowledgeable about other legal systems and recognizing the need to adapt their practices. From the efforts and experiences of knowledgeable attorneys and judiciary, Summit attendees will gain an understanding and appreciation for the emerging challenges in the 21st century and learn best practices and strategies to successfully represent their clients.
