Staffing
Most State Programs run ratios of 1:8, 1 counselor to 8 youth. Some are fortunate enough to staff 1:5. Cabin Creek Cultural Center has created a business plan that will support staffing of 1:3. This will optimize our ability to run a successful program, reduce recidivism, and give our youth the one on one attention they need.
