• Locate appropriate electronic version of item(s)• Info about the item(s) – title, authors, publication
status, peer-reviewed, copyright holder • Go to http://ora.ouls.ox.ac.uk, click on
‘Contribute’, enter Oxford username and password, and complete online deposit form

What happens next

ORA for Theses
• Postgraduate research students registered on a D.Phil or M. Litt from 1 October 2007 are required to deposit their thesis in ORA
• Access to Humanities doctoral theses deposited in ORA will automatically be closed for 3 years, unless students decide to make their thesis ‘open access’
