• Hilton Garden Inn must be in receipt of a signed agreement & credit card authorization in order to confirm space and event details
• Cancellation of an event less than 180 business days prior to the event will be subject to a cancellation notice
• Room rental charges are per day
• All food & beverage consumed in function space must be provided by the hotel; food & beverage provided by the hotel may not be removed from the premises
• Nothing may be affixed to the walls, doors or ceilings and no confetti or glitter is permitted in the meeting rooms
• At the conclusion of a function the hotel reserves the right to charge additional cleaning or repair charges should excessive clean up be required or if there is damage
