Majestic Spinach Salad (from Main Line Classics)

1 quart washed and stemmed spinach (I used 1 bag of baby spinach)2 cups sliced mushrooms1 cup thinly sliced red onion (I cut each slice in half)10 oz. thawed frozen peas1 cup mayonnaise1/2 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon curry powder8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Layer first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Mix mayo, sugar and curry powder. Top salad with this mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night. Mix and top with bacon before serving.
