Y uvraj Singh’s father Yograj Singhhas said that he won’t be attend-ing his son’s wedding with mod-
el-actress Hazel Keech on November 30 ata gurdwara near Fatehgarh Sahib inPunjab. He won’t be present at any of thewedding functions, barring the mehndi,which will be at a hotel in Chandigarh onNovember 29.
“I’m against all this. I don’t want to at-tend a wedding as it’s happening at a dera.I’m a God-fearing person, but completelyagainst any guru or sect. So the topic endshere, and what I have decided is my per-sonal wish, which will remain un-changed,” said Yograj. The cricketer-turned-actor also said that he has noth-ing to discuss about the matter with hisson. “Yuvi understands it well. And heknows what I detest,” he added.
Although Yograj is excited about his son’swedding and will be staying at a hotel dur-ing the mehndi, he said that none of the other functions are on his mind.“Be it Delhi, Mumbai, Goa, I’m not going to any of those places. For themehndi, I’m going to bless the newlyweds, and that’s it.”
Sources say that the family is trying to tackle the situation, but Yograjis persistent and not changing his decision. The gurdwara wedding willsee only limited invitees.
