2.1 Rental of utilities 1. Any application for rent of any supporting utilities for exhibition booth shall be submitted to the
primary venue builder before September 25, 2019. In order to ensure safe power supply to
the booth and prevent the risk of electrical fire, all the electricity boxes with power monitors
shall be rented from the service provider who is authorized to assemble and disassemble the
electricity box (booth builders are free from bringing their own electricity boxes).

2. Any application for 24-hour uninterrupted power supply to the exhibition booth shall be
submitted to the primary venue builder before September 25, 2019.

3. Any application for early commissioning of the public utilities at the exhibition booth shall be
submitted to the primary venue builder before September 25, 2019.

4. The type of electricity box which is divided into lighting box and power box should be indicated in
the application to the primary venue builder for rent of the electricity box. Any application for rent
of power box shall be submitted to the primary venue builder before September 25, 2019.

5. Any exhibitor may apply to the primary venue builder for bringing its own air compressor
before September 25, 2019 if it needs a special air compressor or one with a capacity of
compressing air of more than 1.6m³ per minute.

2.2 Rental of network facilities and telephone Any application for rent of any supporting network facilities or telephones for exhibition booth
shall be submitted to the primary venue builder before September 25, 2019.

In order to further strengthen the cyber security of the exhibition, the organizer has specially
drawn up guidelines for cyber security management.

2.3 Rental of exhibition equipment Any application for rent of any exhibition equipment shall be submitted to the primary venue
builder before September 25, 2019. Exhibition equipment applied for on the site may not be
available for rent. For more information, please refer to Schedule 10: Application Form of Exhibition Equipment Rental.
2.4 Rental of potted flowers Any application for rent of any potted flowers shall be submitted to the primary venue builder
before September 25, 2019 or on the site. Potted flowers applied for on the site may not be
available for rent. For more information, please refer to Schedule 11: Application Form for Rent of Potted Flowers.
2.5 Cleaning service Any application for cleaning service shall be submitted to the primary venue builder before
September 25, 2019. Cleaning service applied for on the site may not be available.

2.6 Employment of security service Any application for employment of security service shall be submitted to the primary venue
builder before October 5, 2019. Security service applied for on the site may not be available
for employment. For more information, please refer to Schedule 5: Application Form of Security Service Employment.
3.1 Instructions to exhibitors of standard booths1. Exhibitors of standard booths must mail the completed information sheet of the booth lintel
board to the primary venue builder before September 25, 2019. Covering or modifying the
lintel board without permission is not allowed.

3.2 Exhibition booth size The dimension of the standard booth is 2970MM×2970MM× 4000MM. The hoarding of the
standard booth is 2500MM high. The lintel board of the standard booth is 1800MM long
(including the frame) and 450MM high (including the frame) with a clearance of 2450MM from
the floor.
3.3 Necessary facilities The necessary facilities include 1 square table, 4 foldable chairs, 1 floor cabinet (with a dimension
of 1000mm×500mm×500mm), 1 glass showcase (with a dimension of 1000mm×500mm×2000mm),
1 reception desk (with a dimension of 1000mm×500mm×750mm), 3 laminated boards (or
one 950mm long and 2440mm high slot board and 16 hooks for garment exhibition booth), 4
LED spotlights, 1 500W socket (in Chinese standard) and 2 trash cans.

4 Design and Building of Special Exhibition Booth
4.1 Letter of Commitment to Safe Operation In order to ensure the safety of the exhibition, all the special exhibition booth builders must
sign the Letter of Commitment to Safe Operation provided by the exhibition organizer and
submit it to the primary venue builder before September 15, 2019.

4.2 Recommended special exhibition booth builders In order to comprehensively strengthen the safe operation management of the special exhibition
booths and ensure strict compliance with the instructions and regulations formulated by the
exhibition organizer and the exhibition space for safe operation in building, dismantling and
maintenance of exhibition booths during the exhibition, the exhibition organizer has specially
recommended a number of qualified, sophisticated and well-managed special exhibition booth
builders for the exhibitors to choose from. The exhibition organizer is not obliged to recommend
any particular specific exhibition booth builders.

Any application for employment of special exhibition booth builders other than those
recommended shall be submitted to the primary venue builder before Auguest 15, 2019. For more information, please refer to Schedule 14: Application Form for Employment of Special Exhibition Booth Builders. If the application is approved, the exhibitor or its own
special exhibition booth builder shall sign a Letter of Commitment to Safe Operation of the
special exhibition booth and submit it to the primary venue builder in the exhibition space
where it has built the exhibition booth before September 15, 2019. For more information, please refer to Schedule 13: Letter of Commitment to Safe Operation of Special Exhibition Booths. In addition, within 15 days after receiving the notice of approval of the
application, the exhibitor or its own special exhibition booth builder shall pay a performance
bond of RMB 300,000 to the exhibition organizer (which will be refunded without interest at
the end of the exhibition in case of no default during the exhibition).
4.3 Instructions to exhibitors of special exhibition booths Exhibitors shall employ the special exhibition booth builder recommended or approved by the
exhibition organizer to design and build the exhibition booth. The primary venue builder and the
drawings reviewer shall not accept the drawings submitted by any special exhibition booth
builders who are not evaluated for qualification. Special exhibition booth builders shall design and
build the booths in compliance with all the requirements in the instructions to exhibitors of special
exhibition booths.

Any agreement or arrangement between exhibitors and special exhibition booth builders
(including those recommended or approved by the exhibition organizer) is deemed as an
agreement reached and to be fulfilled by both parties. Both parties shall settle any accident or
dispute arising from the performance of the agreement according to law, and the exhibition
organizer shall not be liable for any losses caused by any default arising thereof.
4.4 Drawings review In order to ensure the safety and stability of the structure of the special exhibition booth and avoid
potential risks, the height of the booth set up at this exhibition is limited to no more than 6 meters
for single-deck booth and 8.5 meters for double-deck booth. All special exhibition booths must
submit relevant documents to the primary venue builder for review and approval. The exhibitors
of double-deck special exhibition booths and single-deck special exhibition booths of no less than
4.5 meters in height shallalso submit relevant documents to the drawings reviewer for review and
approval. The exhibitors of super-high exhibition booths shall pay the cost of drawings review.
Primary venue builder shall review the structure of the single-deck special exhibition booths
of less than 4.5 meters in height, and file and record the documents of the single-deck
exhibition booth of no less than 4.5 meters in height and the double-deck exhibition booths.
Drawings reviewer shall charge fees for reviewing the single-deck exhibition booths of no less
than 4.5 meters in height and double-deck exhibition booths.

form for building of double-deck special exhibition booths and single-deck special

The fees for booth drawings review will be charged on the basis of the cost per square meter
of the booth on the drawings to be reviewed multiplied by the total area of the booth structure.
The price of drawings review is as follows: the price of drawings review of the indoor
double-deck booth is RMB 25 /m2; that of indoor single-deck booth is RMB 20 /m2; that of
outdoor double-deck booth is RMB 30 /m2, and that of outdoor single-deck booth is RMB 25
/m2. The area of the booth to be reviewed on the drawings is calculated on the basis of
counting the total area of a single-deck booth's structure as the total booth area, and the total
area of a double-deck booth's structure as the top deck area plus the bottom deck stressed
area caused by the top deck load-bearing structure.
4.5 Standard of environment-friendly booths In order to promote the concept of environment protection, the exhibition organizer has
specially formulated the Standards of Environment-friendly China International Import Expo,
which includes the provisions on environment-friendly exhibition booths, operation, logistics
and catering service. In particular, applicable standards are formulated for environment-friendly
exhibition booths including their design, material selection and safe operation. Exhibitors and
exhibition booth builders are required to comply with the standards. The exhibition organizer
has the right to request any exhibitor or exhibition booth builder who failed to follow the
standards to correct its offence and indemnify for any losses arising thereof. For details, please refer to Appendix 8: Standards of Environment-friendly China
International Import Expo.
During the period of exhibition booth building and dismantling, the daily working hours will end
at 22:00. Any application for overtime work after 22:00 shall be submitted to the primary
venue builder before 18:00 on the same day for approval. The working hours can be
extended after approval. No overtime fee will charged from 22:00 to 24:00 on the same day.
The overtime fee after 24:00 is as follows:
5 Work Overtime
The booth builder shall clean up and remove all the building materials of the booth within the
time specified in the “exhibition schedule” in this manual and according to relevant
regulations set forth in this manual. For details, please refer to the Instructions to Exhibitors
in this manual.
