HPL Vision Statement, Part 1
I imagine starting the Toastmaster year with all leadership positions filled by district leaders who have clear understandings of the responsibilities, opportunities and challenges of their positions, are excited to serve the members in their chosen roles, and have at least one mentor to guide them.

By July 1, 85% of the Division and Area Directors will have received training at at least on DEC meeting (May, June).
HPL Mission
The mission is to recruit district leaders so that 95 percent are in place by the transition meeting (May 21, 2016) and 100 percent are in place by July 1, 2016. Potential leaders will be clearly informed about their roles and assisted with finding a mentor, if they don’t have one.
